Part 6: Before He Cheats

Sep 6, 2026    Rev. Jason Dillard

Are you trapped in anger?  Anger is a sneaky demon.  Its net says “vengeance and justice,” so you willingly walk under it.  Once anger snags you, it keeps you trapped in the courtroom of your mind, replaying the real or imagined slight over and over again, fantasizing about what should happen to the other person.  But Paul writes that our enemies are not flesh and blood.  And Jesus says, “Blessed are the peacemakers.”  There’s a way out of anger, but it’s not “try not to be angry.” It's the One who came to set the captives free.
